Custody Warehousing in Almaty for Marketing Materials and Retail Equipment
AdLogix is a 3PL operator specialising in the storage of goods that standard warehouses are reluctant to handle: POSM, point-of-sale materials, retail equipment and branded coolers. We receive your cargo, track every unit in our proprietary WMS and dispatch orders to any location across Kazakhstan.
Get a quoteWhat Is Custody Warehousing
Custody warehousing is a service in which the goods owner transfers stock to a warehouse operator under a storage agreement, and the operator assumes full financial liability for the safety and accounting of those goods. The client does not lease space or maintain staff: they pay only for the space actually occupied and the operations performed.
For marketing materials this is especially cost-effective: volumes of POSM and retail equipment fluctuate significantly with the promotional calendar, and maintaining a dedicated warehouse sized for peak load is expensive. With custody warehousing you pay only for what is actually on the shelf.

How the Storage Process Works
- 1
Receiving
We count all items by quantity and SKU, record any damage, assign warehouse codes and place goods into designated locations.
- 2
WMS Tracking
Every item is visible in the system: stock balance, storage location and movement history. Reports are available online or exported to the client's ERP.
- 3
Order Processing
Upon request we pick the shipment, assemble kits, label and pack items for specific retail outlets.
- 4
Dispatch and Delivery
We deliver across Almaty, Astana, regions of Kazakhstan, and to Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Russia, and collect materials from outlets back to the warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
How does custody warehousing differ from renting warehouse space?
With a lease you pay for the space and organise all operations yourself. With custody warehousing the operator receives goods under a contract, takes responsibility for their safety and tracking, and you pay only for the space used and operations performed.
Where is the AdLogix warehouse located?
Our warehouse hub is in Almaty. From there we serve Almaty, Astana, all regions of Kazakhstan, as well as Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Russia.
What is the minimum volume for storage?
There is no strict minimum: we work with one-off campaign batches as well as ongoing storage. Terms depend on volume and the set of operations required — we calculate individually.
How do I check my stock levels?
All tracking is managed in our proprietary WMS. Clients receive stock balance and movement reports, with optional integration into the client's ERP.
Can equipment returned from retail outlets be stored?
Yes. We organise reverse logistics: collecting equipment from retail outlets, inspecting its condition and sorting it into serviceable units and those requiring repair or disposal.
How is the cost calculated?
The cost consists of storage (per pallet space, bin location or m²) and operations: receiving, pick & pack and dispatch. Send us a request and we will prepare a commercial proposal.
