Frequently asked questions
Do you store oversized equipment?
Yes. Our Almaty warehouse covers 5,000 m² and can accommodate large stands, shelving units and island structures both assembled and disassembled.
Can you track equipment by serial number?
Yes. Each unit is assigned a tracking number or the manufacturer's serial number is used; the full movement history is recorded in WMS.
Do you carry out equipment repairs?
We perform inspections and minor repairs: component replacement, cleaning and label renewal. Complex repairs are arranged through our partner network.
Can I order both storage and installation?
Yes, this is our standard workflow: equipment is held in responsible storage with us, and upon request we deliver and install it at point of sale locations while simultaneously collecting any dismantled items.
