General Provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals ("data subjects") who submit their data to the operator through the feedback forms on the website. By using the website forms, the data subject confirms their agreement with this Policy.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health, religious beliefs, etc.).

The collection, processing and storage of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out using servers and databases located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the requirements of RK legislation.

The operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking and other unlawful actions. Data transmission through the website is protected by encryption (HTTPS).

Transfer to Third Parties

The operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by RK legislation or with the separate consent of the subject.
